Authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original,
previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another
conference or journal, addressing original research as well as results
of laboratory and real network trials.
Submitted papers should have no more than 6 pages and have to be in accordance
with the IEEE CS Press format, see http://www.computer.org for more
information. Paper submissions are to be made electronically, using EDAS http://edas.info/5583.
Each paper will be thoroughly reviewed by at least three reviewers from the
TPC or associated reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in conference
proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press, managed by the IEEE
Conference Publishing Services. The Proceedings will be indexed with Ei
(Inspec).
